Continuing Education

We offer live continuing education classes for your contractor license renewal. Our classes are intended to be educational and to fulfill all your required Florida (14hrs) and Miami Dade County (16 hrs) contractor continuing education hours. Our continuing education courses also fulfill the new requirement by Miami Dade County for initial license applicants seeking licensure for a non-examination category. (Please read below)

Miami Dade County Initial License Applicants (all non exam category licensure only):

The Construction Trades Qualify Board is now requiring as an educational prerequisite, that each individual making application for a non-examination category of licensure shall obtain prior to making application, 16 hrs of formal classroom training through attendance at courses provided by Miami Dade County approved course sponsors. This new requirement was effected on February 07, 2011.
